Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties
- Conduct property tours, open houses, and consultations
- Stay up-to-date on local market trends and real estate laws
- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and client follow-ups
- Represent and negotiate on behalf of clients throughout transactions
- Utilize Keller Williams tools and tech to build and manage your pipeline
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
