Keller Williams Realty is seeking an experienced Market Center Administrator (MCA) to join our leadership team at our primary office located at 4201 Galleria Drive, Loves Park, IL.
This is a key leadership and operational role responsible for financial management, escrow trust account oversight, and real estate compliance for our Market Center and three branch offices in Janesville, WI; Beloit, WI; and Galena, IL.
About the Role
The MCA serves as the financial and compliance backbone of the brokerage, working closely with the Operating Principal and Designated Managing Broker, while directly supervising the Assistant Market Center Administrator (AMCA).
This position supports our agents, protects the brokerage, and ensures operational excellence—all while living out Keller Williams’ core values.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Location: Primarily office-based in Loves Park, IL
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and financial reporting in partnership with a CPA
- Escrow trust account oversight and reconciliation
- Agent compliance per designated broker mandates
- Supervision and development of the AMCA
- Collaboration with leadership and licensed agents
- Use of QuickBooks and Google Workspace
Real estate or MLS experience is a plus, but not required. A real estate license is not required.
