Keller Williams Downtown Denver is looking for motivated, licensed real estate professionals who want to grow their business in a high‑energy, collaborative environment. As a Realtor with KW Downtown Denver, you’ll represent buyers and sellers throughout the Denver metro area, build relationships, generate new business, and guide clients through every step of the real estate process. Whether you’re an experienced agent or newly licensed, you’ll have access to coaching, technology, and support designed to help you grow quickly and sustainably.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with buyers, sellers, and investors across the Denver area
- Conducting lead generation and follow‑up activities
- Hosting open houses and property showings
- Preparing CMAs, listing presentations, and buyer consultations
- Negotiating contracts and managing transactions from contract to close
- Using KW Command for CRM, marketing, and business tracking
- Participating in training, coaching, and team meetings
What we’re looking for:
- Active Colorado Real Estate License (or currently completing coursework)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivation and a desire to grow a business
