We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and ambitious Entry-Level Buyer's Agent / Showing Assistant to join a top-producing real estate team at Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living in Scottsdale!

This is an opportunity for a newly licensed or developing agent who wants to gain hands-on experience, learn directly from successful real estate professionals, and build the foundation for a long-term career in real estate.

Buyer leads will be provided, along with opportunities for training, mentorship, and professional development.

You don't need years of real estate experience. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Work With Buyers: Assist prospective buyers throughout the home search process, including scheduling and conducting property showings.
• Follow Up With Leads: Connect with provided buyer leads, respond to inquiries, and help convert opportunities into appointments.
• Conduct Property Showings: Schedule tours, show homes, gather buyer feedback, and help identify properties that meet clients' needs.
• Support Buyer Consultations: Work alongside experienced agents to understand buyer needs, financing considerations, and the homebuying process.
• Learn Contracts & Negotiations: Gain practical experience with purchase agreements, offers, negotiations, and transaction timelines under appropriate supervision.
• Build Relationships: Deliver exceptional customer service while developing lasting relationships with buyers and potential clients.
• Develop Your Business: Participate in lead generation, prospecting, team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
