Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast is hiring a Director of First Impressions to serve as the face and voice of one of Pensacola’s leading real estate brokerages.
This is not just a front desk position.
This role is for someone who can set the tone of the office, create an exceptional experience for agents and guests, keep operations moving, and bring calm, professionalism, and energy to a fast-paced environment.
Our Director of First Impressions helps create a polished, welcoming office for our 250 associates, supports the day-to-day needs of our agents, and keeps the details handled so the business can run at a high level.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for agents, clients, and guests
- Manage a high-volume multi-line phone system with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain a clean, organized, high-standard office environment
- Oversee meeting room readiness, office supplies, and daily office presentation
- Support agent onboarding and offboarding with care and precision
- Help manage brokerage-wide communications and the master training calendar
- Coordinate agent recognition and social media shout-outs
- Assist with client appreciation events and office support projects
- Serve as a go-to resource for agent needs like business cards, signs, and marketing materials
- Provide basic tech troubleshooting for printers, Wi-Fi, and conference room presentations
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in an administrative, front desk, office coordination, hospitality, or customer-facing support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, polished, and welcoming presence
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Proficient with email, calendars, Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Comfortable learning new technology and troubleshooting basic office tech issues
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without constant direction
- Experience supporting events, social media, or marketing coordination is a plus
- Real estate or brokerage office experience is a plus, but not required
