About the role
We are a high producing real estate team looking for a licensed Nevada agent to run our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role: you will manage transactions, plan and run every team event, and own our weekly and monthly marketing.

What you'll do

Transactions

• Manage every file from contract to close: deadlines, documents, compliance, and communication with clients, lenders, and title
• Prepare & process all contracts and paperwork for a listing
• Enter and maintain MLS listings

Operations

• Run office procedures and keep the team's systems and files organized
• Maintain the database of clients, vendors, and partners
• Manage the team inbox and follow up on missed calls

Marketing and events

• Produce and schedule weekly and monthly marketing: social media, listing materials, website, digital content, & physical mailing
• Coordinate listing photography, signage, and open houses
• Plan and run all team / client events (2-4 team events per year fall on an evening or weekend, and attendance is required).

Who you are

• Active Nevada real estate license (required)
• At least 2 years of residential real estate sales experience
• Transaction experience, as an agent or transaction coordinator (strongly preferred)
• Extremely organized, with a record of juggling deadlines without dropping details
• Comfortable switching between paperwork, event logistics, and marketing in one day
• Proficient in Canva, CRM management, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, & AI tools (e.g Claude, Gemini)

Compensation and benefits

• From $50,000.00 base salary per year
