We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-focused Director of Agent Services to support our real estate agents from onboarding through their ongoing growth. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping others succeed.
You will work closely with new and existing agents, provide hands-on support, assist with marketing and tech needs, and ensure every agent has a smooth and positive experience in our office.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)Agent Support & Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for agent needs—big or small
- Be present and available in the office to support agents daily
- Provide hands-on help with tech, marketing, branding, and general questions
- Conduct periodic check-ins with agents to track progress and ensure they are on pace
- Support agents with production milestones, engagement, and accountability
Onboarding & Training Support
- Deliver a highly organized, efficient onboarding process
- Set up new agents with tools, systems, and office procedures
- Guide new agents through first-week and first-90-day expectations
- Ensure all onboarding documentation, compliance, and agent files are kept accurate
- Follow up frequently with new agents to ensure their success and confidence
Marketing & Creative Responsibilities
- Create marketing materials, flyers, social posts, and branding elements using Canva
- Assist agents with listing marketing templates and personal branding
- Support the office’s social media content and promotional materials
Office Operations & Special Projects
- Assist in planning office events, trainings, and workshops
- Collaborate with leadership on agent engagement and retention strategies
- Think outside the box to improve systems, communication, and the agent experience
- Step outside daily duties whenever needed to support agents and the office
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Strong Canva skills (templates, branding, social media content)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
- Creative thinker who goes above and beyond to support the team
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, customer service, or marketing is a plus
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with real estate technology systems (Command, MLS, e-sign tools, etc.)
- Comfort leading small group trainings or onboarding sessions
- Social media or branding experience
