Who are we looking for?
The Director of Career Development must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help and serve others. The Director of Career Development will assist the Director of Operations and Team Leader with agent integration and launch and be seen as the go-to person for all the agents within the Market Center. This person should be a self-starter that is comfortable taking charge with little to no supervision. The Director of Career Development must be able move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their agent’s needs in a timely manner.
What will you do?
These are the systems a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
- The launch process for agents, both experienced and new. Holding regular agent orientations, and one-on-one’s with agents coming on board through their first 90 to 120 days, to assist them in getting launching businesses and getting into productivity.
- Assist with nurturing and following up with individuals enrolled in real estate school to help them get to the finish line.
- Invite Agents and Coop Agents to trainings and events hosted by the brokerage or region.
- Represent the brokerage at community events and networking functions.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Agent Productivity & Integration
- Manage and execute the full launch process for all new and experienced agents.
- Conduct regular New Agent Orientations/Bootcamps and ensure smooth transition into the Market Center.
- Hold individual onboarding check-ins during the first 90 days to ensure engagement, compliance, and productivity setup.
- Partner with leadership to ensure each new agent is connected to training, technology, and key resources.
Agent Nurture & Pipeline Development
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with real estate school students to guide them toward licensure completion.
- Build relationships with prospective agents and maintain an organized system of follow-up to convert leads into onboarding appointments.
- Support recruiting efforts by identifying high-potential candidates and helping move them through the hiring pipeline.
Training & Event Promotion
- Promote and personally invite agents and co-op agents to Market Center and regional trainings, masterminds, and networking events.
- Track attendance and engagement at events to ensure invitations result in growth of participation and relationship building.
- Collaborate with leadership to support the logistics and communication of training calendars.
Community & Brand Representation
- Represent the brokerage professionally at community events, networking functions, and industry gatherings.
- Strengthen the brokerage’s local presence by developing meaningful connections with agents, affiliates, and community partners.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the brokerage’s culture, mission, and growth vision.
Collaboration & Leadership Support
- Work closely with the Director of Ops/Team Leader/General Manager to ensure alignment with Market Center growth goals.
- Maintain accurate data in recruiting and onboarding systems (e.g., CommandMC, spreadsheets, or CRM tools).
- Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on process improvements for recruiting, retention, and agent experience.

Compensation
- Monthly Salary Range: $3,000-$3,333/month, depending on experience.
- Includes Benefits AND additional Bonus Structure.
