Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Joplin, MO, with a mix of in-office, in-the-field, and work-from-home responsibilities. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and follow up with leads, schedule and conduct property showings, and guide clients through buying and selling processes from initial consultation to closing. Daily tasks include preparing and presenting listing proposals, creating and reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and supporting clients with market data and property valuations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with team members and affiliated partners, and participating in local networking and community events to build long-term relationships and business growth.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License and demonstrable Real Estate knowledge, including familiarity with local and multi-state markets.
- Customer Service and Sales skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and close transactions ethically.
- Understanding of Real Property concepts, contracts, and transaction processes, including disclosures and compliance requirements.
