Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent located in East Idaho. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing market insights, staging recommendations, and professional guidance throughout the transaction process. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, creating marketing strategies, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires proactive communication, excellent customer service, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property laws and practices
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in market research and property evaluation
- Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with real estate software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
