Inside Sales Agent (Entry-Level) | Business Development & Recruiting

We are seeking motivated, energetic, and coachable Inside Sales Agents to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for:

No sales experience is required. We provide training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and business leads
• Follow up with applicants who have expressed interest in our programs
• Schedule appointments for recruiters and lending advisors
• Conduct initial qualification conversations
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Send follow-up emails and text messages
• Assist with recruiting campaigns and lead generation efforts
• Support marketing and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
