High-volume real estate office is seeking a full-time candidate for our "Director of First Impressions" (Receptionist) role. This full-time opportunity is for office receptionist/phone concierge Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with additional hours when necessary. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, very pleasant phone skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Candidate must be client and agent focused, able to get along well with others, and able to multitask and manage time effectively. Additional responsibilities include light office work such as filing, document maintenance (file review), and supply ordering. Lastly, because first impressions are SO important, attitude and professional appearance are very important. Must be dressed professionally at all times and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
