Duties:
- Actively engage and attract productive real estate associates through business consulting, disruptive training and technology.
- Consult your top 20% of real estate associates to increase productivity and profitability.
- Lead, support and hold regular accountability session with the company leadership team.
- Ensure execution of disruptive training calendar for associates based on key areas of business and associates’ needs
- Ensure the company is profitable, keeping tight fiscal control over operating expenses.
- Lead sales and business meetings
- Represent the company culture at all times.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles
- Goal setting, planning and accountability skills
- Recruiting and/or sales experience
- Training experience
- 3 years of real estate experience a plus
