The Prosperity Network is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as our Team Leader / Chief Growth Officer. This is an opportunity to help lead one of New Jersey’s highest-performing Keller Williams organizations, partnering directly with ownership to shape the future of a growing company serving nearly 300 real estate professionals across multiple offices and affiliated businesses. This is far more than a recruiting position or an operations role. It is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to build people, develop leaders, create systems, strengthen culture, and drive meaningful growth.

Primary Responsibilities
-Recruit exceptional agents and future leaders into the organization.
- Coach and consult top agents to improve productivity, profitability, and long-term success.
- Lead and develop the leadership team while strengthening accountability throughout the organization.
- Build scalable systems and processes that improve execution and operational excellence.
- Drive company initiatives and strategic priorities alongside ownership.
- Foster an exceptional culture centered around growth, collaboration, professionalism, and service.
-Help grow profitability through smart leadership, recruiting, retention, and business development.
-Develop future leaders within the organization and strengthen our leadership bench.
The Ideal Candidate
The strongest candidates will have a proven history of building high-performing teams, recruiting top talent, developing leaders, and producing measurable business results. They possess executive presence, exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, strong business acumen, and a relentless desire to improve both people and organizations. Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
