In this role, you'll work closely with our Team Leader and agents—creating a warm onboarding experience, supporting their growth, and helping keep our office running at its best. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in a positive, collaborative environment, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Manage MLS data entry and file review with accuracy and care
- Support agents through one-on-one and small-group training
- Stay familiar with Minnesota and Wisconsin real estate compliance requirements
- Help agents set up and navigate KW systems and third-party platforms
- Assist with various tech needs, from office equipment to uses tools to brand agent websites
- Oversee social media management for the Market Center
- Manage and update the Market Center Training Calendar
- Assist with office events, coordinating vendor trainings and presentations
- Coordinate key KW programs such as BOLD and Ignite
- Attend leadership meetings and maintain onboarding pipeline updates
- Create polished and engaging slide decks for meetings
- Perform quarterly care calls to support our agents
- Provide a welcoming experience by answering phones warmly and greeting guests with a smile
- Help maintain a tidy, professional reception and office area

- Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and following through
- Comfortable making calls, building rapport, and communicating value
- Strong tech confidence: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, CRMs, and the major social platforms
- Comfortable with Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems
- Quick to learn new tools, software, and apps
- Familiarity with real estate practices (contracts, lead generation, sales cycle, etc.) is a plus
- A “can-do” attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
