Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, licensed commercial real estate agent to help property owners sell and lease office buildings and commercial properties. As an agent on our team, you’ll build business relationships, generate and convert leads, and guide clients through transactions while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local policies and regulations.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000 .

• Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data
• Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
• Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
• Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
• Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Independent and self motivated
• Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
• Proven negotiating and communication skills
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
