Compensation :
80,000 - $165,000 at plan
Responsibilities :
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
- Find Absentee properties
- Develop builder, developer, and contractor network
- Absentee property lead generation
- Absentee property lead follow-up
- Listing appointments
- Absentee property buyer and seller sales
