As part of the leadership team, you will help shape the vision of the Market Center, strengthen relationships, and implement models and systems that support productivity and growth.
We are looking for a Director of Growth who will focus on attracting talent, supporting agent development, and elevating the performance of the Market Center. This opportunity blends leadership, recruiting, coaching, and consulting to help agents succeed at a high level while contributing to a collaborative and thriving culture.
Income for this position is $60,000 plus bonus
In this position, you will work closely with the Team Leader to execute initiatives that increase agent count, enhance engagement, and ensure new and experienced professionals receive consistent support and direction.
