Keller Williams Island Life Real Estate is looking for a motivated, friendly, and tech-savvy Director of First Impressions to join our leadership-driven team in beautiful Venice, Florida.
This role is the heartbeat of our office — the first smile, the first voice, the first experience people have when they interact with our market center. We’re looking for someone who is warm, dependable, adaptable, and excited to grow their career in real estate and leadership.
What You’ll Do
As our DFI, you will be the heartbeat of the Market Center. You will:
- Answer and route phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Greet agents, clients, and guests with warmth and a service-first mindset
- Assist new agents as they onboard into the KW ecosystem
- Support our Productivity Coach with communication, scheduling, and coordination
- Help maintain office systems, technology needs, and light data entry
- Assist leadership with day-to-day operations and culture-building activities
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-standard environment
- Adapt to flexible, varied daily responsibilities with a can-do attitude
