Job Overview
The Director of Agent Services / Front Desk is the first point of contact for our market center and serves as the face of Keller Williams. This role is responsible for providing world-class service to agents, clients, and guests while ensuring smooth daily operations within the office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping others succeed in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Agent Services & Support
- Onboard new agents, ensuring a seamless start with technology setup, office orientation, and KW systems training.
- Serve as a go-to resource for agents, offering guidance on tools such as Command, KW Connect, and DocuSign.
- Assist with agent marketing materials, headshots, signage, and business card orders.
- Maintain up-to-date agent rosters, email lists, and contact databases.
Front Desk & Administrative Operations
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage phone calls, mail, packages, and general office correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
- Support office events, meetings, and training sessions by coordinating logistics, materials, and refreshments.
- Ensure office supplies and marketing materials are stocked and ordered as needed.
Technology & Systems Management
- Assist with setup and troubleshooting of KW technology platforms.
- Maintain calendar systems for training rooms, events, and meeting spaces.
- Support the Market Center leadership team with special projects and reports as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools (Canva preferred).
- Comfortable learning and teaching new technology systems.
- Prior experience in real estate or administrative support preferred but not required.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
