Position Overview

The Director of First Impressions (DOFI) is the face and voice of Keller Williams Realty. This key position creates a welcoming and professional environment for our agents, clients, and guests. The DOFI manages front desk operations, supports office communication, and assists with administrative and marketing tasks that keep the Market Center running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and proactive — someone who loves helping others and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Guest Experience

• Greet agents, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Agent & Office Support

• Assist new agents during onboarding by connecting them with office resources.
• Support agents with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, printing, and scanning.
• Update office rosters, contact lists, and event calendars as needed.
• Help coordinate office events, meetings, and trainings.

Administrative & Marketing Assistance

• Create and post announcements, flyers, and social media updates for office events.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure common areas are stocked.
• Provide light administrative support to the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, Canva, and basic office software).
• Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Work Location: In person
