Key Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Agent, you will handle all aspects of the transaction, from client acquisition to closing:
- Client Representation: Guide home buyers and sellers through transactions.
- Property Marketing: List and market properties using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and other platforms.
- Negotiation: Expertly manage offers and counteroffers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to determine property value.
- Networking: Build relationships with clients, lenders, and other agents.
- Continuing Education: Stay current on real estate laws, market trends, and best practices.
Qualifications for Success
