About the Role
Keller Williams is seeking a Director of Communication & First Impressions to serve as the face and voice of our market center. This role owns all written, online, and video communication, keeps daily office operations running smoothly, and ensures every new agent is onboarded quickly and professionally. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, tech-savvy, and thrives on making people feel welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Online & Written Communication
- Create, schedule, and market the monthly training calendar for all market center and regional training sessions and meetings; distribute electronically, post to the intranet, and print
- Design promotional materials in Canva and schedule the following month's content during the last week of each month
- Prepare advertising materials for regional and national events and conventions
- Create announcements for new agents, birthdays, and top producers
- Share our story through online and social media channels
- Prepare invitations and direct mail for holidays and special events
- Coordinate and support special events, including training launches and major announcements
- Prepare and mail welcome, birthday, and sympathy cards, with corresponding online posts
Video Communication
- Schedule and produce agent testimonials and feature videos
- Film promotional videos for classes with instructors
Office Operations
- Greet clients and guests as the first point of contact for the office
- Track training and event attendance; prepare the monthly training tracker report
- Review conference room registrations daily
- Manage the phone system and online portal: answer and transfer calls, manage voicemails daily
- Distribute incoming mail and notify agents of full mailboxes
- Maintain supply inventory and keep the break area and common surfaces clean and organized
- Keep copiers, binding machines, computers, and other agent resources operational; provide copier training and access to agents and admins
- Other duties as assigned
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Complete all onboarding checklist items within 2-3 days of a new licensee's commitment to Keller Williams
- Complete all offboarding checklist items within 2 days of departure, including key collection and supporting the MCA with final billing information
Schedule & Commitments
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, on-site at the market center
- Attend daily Leadership Huddles and contribute to growth and retention conversations
- Attend Leadership meetings and present a report to the group
- Develop an extensive understanding of KW Technology
- Encourage agents to attend Ignite, BOLD, Family Reunion, and Mega Camp
Growth & Development
- Read The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, The ONE Thing, and other assigned books, and participate in group discussions
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
