What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager – Hybrid / Field position at Keller Williams - Crestview Management?
Davis, Weber & Salt Lake Counties | $45,000–$48,000/year
Crestview Management at Keller Williams Utah Realtors is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role that combines field work, remote work, and time in our Midvale office. If you like variety, solving problems, working with people, and being out and about rather than sitting at a desk all day, this could be a great fit.
Important: This Position Involves A Lot of Driving
A significant part of this job is visiting properties throughout Davis, Weber, and Salt Lake Counties. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and be comfortable spending a good portion of your workweek driving between properties. **DO NOT apply if you are not wanting to be driving around daily**
Living in Davis or Weber County is a plus and may help reduce overall drive time.
During training, you can expect to work from our Midvale office approximately 3 days per week. Once trained, office time will typically decrease to 2 days per week, with the rest of your schedule divided between remote and field work.
What You'll Do
- Conduct property visits and inspections
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders
- Schedule and communicate with vendors and contractors
- Find and onboard new vendors
- Deliver notices and property-related documents
- Communicate with tenants and provide updates to property owners
- Help prepare vacant properties to be clean, repaired, and rent-ready
- Follow up on maintenance, repairs, and ongoing projects
- Assist with onboarding new properties and owners
- Help identify opportunities to grow our property management portfolio
- Handle day-to-day issues and help keep things moving
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, resourceful, and comfortable working independently. You should be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, follow through on tasks, and handle the occasional difficult conversation.
You should also be comfortable with technology, learning new systems, and adjusting when priorities change—which happens often in property management.
Property management experience is helpful but not required. Experience in customer service, operations, maintenance coordination, hospitality, or another fast-paced service environment can also be a great fit.
Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
What We Offer
- $45,000–$48,000 annual salary
- Full-time position
- Flexible hybrid work environment
- Mix of remote, office, and field work
- Hands-on training and team support

- Reliable vehicle
- Willingness and ability to drive frequently throughout Davis, Weber, and Salt Lake Counties
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
