What You'll Do
- Welcome agents, clients, and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Answer phones and create an exceptional first impression
- Support the leadership team with scheduling, projects, and daily operations
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and office events
- Keep the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently
- Assist with communications, reports, documents, and occasional social media

Qualifications
