Role Description The Realtor Coach is a both remote and some in office support focused on developing and supporting real estate agents to achieve their business, production, and personal growth goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, leading group training, and facilitating workshops on topics such as lead generation, listing presentations, buyer consultations, business planning, and time management. The Realtor Coach will monitor agent performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and design individualized development plans that align with KWCP’s standards and models. This role collaborates closely with market center leadership to drive agent engagement, retention, and profitability, while maintaining accurate records of coaching activities and progress. The Realtor Coach also helps integrate Keller Williams tools and systems, fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration, and supports agents in building sustainable businesses and long-term wealth.
Qualifications
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide real estate professionals in business planning, goal setting, and accountability.
- Solid understanding of residential real estate sales, including listing and buyer processes, lead generation, and transaction management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to lead trainings, facilitate group discussions, and build trust with diverse agents.
- Experience using real estate technology platforms, CRM systems, and data tools to track performance and support agent productivity.
- Proven ability to analyze business metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and implement practical strategies for improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including collaboration with market center staff and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Highly organized, with strong time management and documentation skills to manage multiple coaching relationships and training initiatives.
- Prior experience as a licensed real estate professional or real estate coach is highly beneficial;
