The Opportunity
As Director of Growth & Agent Development, you'll lead two core areas:
Agent Attraction & Growth
✔ Identify and recruit high-producing agents across the Baltimore metro market
✔ Manage a consistent pipeline from outreach through onboarding
✔ Execute KWCP's proven growth process to source and convert aligned candidates
Agent Development & Business Consulting
✔ Coach agents to build and scale their personal production
✔ Connect agents to world-class KW training and educational resources
✔ Foster a positive, high-performance, people-first culture
What We're Looking For
✔ Real estate industry experience
✔ Tech-forward mindset with comfort using AI and modern tools
✔ 2 years in recruiting, agent development, or business development
✔ Active Maryland real estate license — preferred
✔ Strong communicator who builds trust and manages multiple relationships with ease
