Job Summary
Start your real estate career with guaranteed support and a proven path to your first closing. Our New Agent Coaching Program is built for newly licensed agents (or those actively working on it) who are serious about building a real business. This isn't "figure it out as you go"; it’s a step-by-step path to success. You are in business for yourself, but not by yourself.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based role. We coach you on how to actually generate income.
What We Provide
Most new agents struggle due to a lack of structure. We give you the resources and guidance you need to get into production quickly:
- A 12-week launch plan
- Hands-on coaching and mentorship from experienced agents.
- Transaction coordination for your first 6 deals, allowing you to focus on learning and earning.

As you grow with our program, you will learn and perform the following functions:
- Confidently work with both buyers and sellers.
- Effectively price and market homes.
- Navigate complex contracts and negotiations.
- Build your own client base and sales pipeline.
