Compensation:
$65,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Process residential and commercial title files from opening to closing
- Review title commitments and help resolve title issues
- Prepare and review closing documents
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and attorneys
- Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with company and state requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the transaction process
Qualifications:
- 3 years of title processing, escrow, or closing experience
- Active Public Notary
- Strong understanding of the real estate closing process
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions at once
- Experience with title software systems; Qualia experience is a plus
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
