What are the responsibilities and job description for the Productivity Coach position at Keller Williams Atlanta Partners?
As a Productivity Coach, you’ll play a pivotal role in mentoring and training new and emerging real estate agents. You’ll provide hands-on guidance, accountability, and business development support to help them meet and exceed their goals.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate, has a proven record of success, and thrives on teaching, coaching, and inspiring others.
Responsibilities
- Coach new and developing agents to increase productivity, profitability, and confidence.
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on lead generation, client service, and business planning.
- Track agents’ performance metrics and help them set and achieve personal and professional goals.
- Model best practices in listings, contracts, negotiations, and customer service.
- Collaborate with Market Center Leadership to ensure alignment with KW systems and culture.
- Create and lead workshops, training events, and masterminds to foster continual growth.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License (required).
- Proven track record of at least 2–5 years of success in residential real estate sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in coaching, training, or mentoring preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about helping others succeed.
- Familiarity with Keller Williams models, systems, and tools is a plus.
- Must be available some nights and weekends
