About Us
Keller Supply Company is a family-owned independent distributor in the Western United States. We proudly support licensed HVAC contractors with quality products, technical expertise, and exceptional service. As we continue to expand in Northern California, we are hiring an experienced HVAC Inside Sales Representative to grow contractor relationships and assist in supporting territory sales.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls and emails from HVAC contractors
- Quote HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories
- Enter and manage orders, returns, credits, and warranties
- Partner with outside sales to grow and retain accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Provide product availability, substitutions, and lead times
- Deliver fast, accurate, and professional customer service
Qualifications
- HVAC distribution or contractor experience preferred
- Inside or counter sales experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment and components
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred but not required:
- HVAC or ductless system knowledge
- Existing contractor relationships
- Bilingual English/Spanish
