Keller is looking for an experienced Laborer for a project based in Joseph City, Arizona.
Job Summary: As a Laborer, you will support geotechnical construction projects by assisting skilled craft workers and equipment operators with basic field tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals beginning their construction careers and offers hands-on experience in a safety-focused environment. You will receive on-the-job training and exposure to a variety of site activities and equipment.
Responsibilities:- Assist craft workers and equipment operators with daily construction tasks.
- Load and unload materials and tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site.
- Assemble and disassemble simple construction structures.
- Spot for equipment movement using standard hand signals.
- Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
- Participate in Daily Safety Briefings and adhere to the Project Safety Plan.
- Exercise Stop Work Authority for safety or quality concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience required; 0–1 year in construction a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work extended hours in field conditions.
Preferred Certifications
- New Hire Orientation and Induction
- OSHA 10
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Qualified Rigging required to advance
