The Lifestyle Director is responsible for planning, preparing, and directing the overall operation of the Lifestyle activities, facilities, and programs. This person will be responsible for promoting a healthy, social, and activity-enriched lifestyle for residents and for ensuring the Lifestyle programming meets the interest of our residents. This person will be responsible for the development, implementation, and operation of the Lifestyle programs in the community.

Responsibilities:
- Create an environment in the community that promotes residents and families’ participation in the provided Lifestyle including:
- Create and submit a monthly calendar of events for review and printing.
- Create and submit a weekly newsletter for residents, staff, and families.
- Create and maintain social media under the umbrella of the marketing coordinator.
- Coordinate other associates, the community management and the restaurant management in the planning, execution, and attending special functions, such as Tuesday dinners, Sunday brunch, holidays, and celebratory events.
- Conduct survey of residents to determine what Lifestyle are of interest to them.
- Overseeing the scheduling and function of the Salon, Treatment Rooms, Event Space and Fitness Rooms and any 3rd party vendors utilizing these spaces including collecting signed contracts, verifying appropriate insurances and business licenses, and ensuring they are kept up to date and available to ownership, billing and collecting of payments and ensuring payment of invoices to vendors when necessary.
- Manage vendors who are in the community to assist with Lifestyle programs or special events.
- Survey residents to determine their satisfaction levels with programs and services provided and make corrections as necessary.
- Manage the Market, track inventory and order supplies.
- Manage the department within the budgetary guidelines, track inventory, and order supplies.
- Hold resident education classes on program and available amenities.
- Encourage and invite resident participation in all resident Lifestyle.
- Look for ways to reduce costs and create efficiencies.
- Comply with Keller Management standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient community operations.
- Display a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper business attire or clothing and name tag when working.
- Represent the Keller Management principles and core values.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
- Strong creative mind with interest in events and group activities and projects
- Proper transportation to come to and from office and to run errands as necessary with mileage reimbursement.
- RealPage software experience a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
- Hospitality industry experience and event planning strongly preferred.
- Established industry event vendor contacts preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience to include event planning and execution and developing and managing a budget.
Special Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Required to be present for all events and activities for the duration of the scheduled time.
- Sunday work required. Schedule will change week to week based on scheduled events.

Salary : $55,000
