General Labor

Looking for someone who is able to follow directions, get along well with a team, able to stand for extended periods of time, able to stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be available for overtime and potential weekend work.

Must pass a drug screen and a criminal background check prior to employment.

1st-shift

Pay: $16.75 / hour.

Hours: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., with overtime expected until 4:00 p.m. Possibility for weekend work.

3rd-shift

Pay: $17.75 / hour.

Hours: 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Start time at 8:00 p.m. with overtime expected. Possibility for weekend work.

Job Overview: 

• Packing and stacking of products
• Working on various stations of packaging lines as directed.

What you'll be doing:

• Packaging and stacking of products.
• Working on various stations of packaging lines as directed.
• Follow 5S protocols.
• Compacts cardboard and plastic in balers.
• Makes bales when baler is full.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• For food grade warehouses, follow all food safety standards set forth in a facility and actively participate in the food safety culture.

• Ability to work standing for extended periods of time.
• Ability to take job orders from Supervisor/Line Leads.
• Works and gets along well with others in the organization.
• Ability to recognize and respond to unsafe working conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/factory environment.
• Ability to stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Additional Qualifications and Experience:

• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by Supervisor.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, unpleasant odors, and loud noises.
