We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Germantown or Sun Prairie, with a primary focus on recruiting throughout the southern part of the state. You’ll play a key part in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top talent as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and bring a positive attitude to work each day. What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring team to develop and execute strategies that support our growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, school districts, and other organizations to build out a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Research and attend job fairs throughout the state (college, high schools and community job fairs)
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that align with our role requirements and company values
- Develop employment branding initiatives
- Implement creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent from a variety of sources, including social media platforms, job boards and in-person events
- Post job openings on online hiring platforms
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skillsets, experience and culture fit
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements
- Social media posting regarding employment opportunities, employee testimonials, a day in the life spotlight etc—put on your marketing hat & get creative!
- Stay informed on industry trends and recruiting best practices

- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Sales or Marketing, preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in recruiting, marketing, and/or selling
- Strong familiarity with utilizing social media and hiring platforms
- Must have interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of employees and potential employees
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to accurately document processes and maintain strict confidentiality
- General knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment practices
- Ability to travel throughout Wisconsin for meetings and events
- A valid driver’s license
