Project Manager / Co-Owner

Keller Inc
Prairie, WI Full Time
POSTED ON 4/22/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 6/22/2026

At Keller, Inc., we believe our people, our culture, our ownership mindset, and our proven processes are what truly set us apart from other design/build general contractors. Being 100% employee‑owned means more than holding stock—it means every person here shows up with pride, purpose, and a commitment to excellence.

Our employee‑owners are humble, intelligent, hardworking, and passionate about what they do. You can feel the energy the moment you talk to them. We design and build exceptional facilities, and we take pride in every project we deliver. Now, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of something great.

We are seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to join our Sun Prairie team. In this role, you will support the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction through closeout—by coordinating subcontractor bidding, proposals, scheduling, documentation, and communication. You’ll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients while keeping projects organized and moving forward using tools like Procore.

Non‑Negotiables

Before we get into the technical details, let’s talk about what matters most: Do you bring a great attitude, high energy, and consistent effort every single day?

Our culture is built on dependability, accountability, and pride in our work. If you show up with the right mindset, we can teach you the rest.

  • Support Regional Manager and Sales/PM teams as needed
  • Evaluate subcontractors and identify new partners in current and emerging markets
  • Solicit, review, and compare subcontractor bids

  • Review architectural, MEP, and civil plans for accuracy
  • Coordinate utility applications (gas, electric, phone)
