- Set concrete footings and wall forms for building foundations
- Operate skid loaders, forklifts, hand tools, and small construction equipment
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Mentor and train new team members
- Understand and uphold Keller’s strong safety culture—and hold others to it
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred)
- Willingness to travel within Wisconsin (home every weekend)
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy objects (0–80 lbs ground to waist; 0–50 lbs ground to shoulder)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
