We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly collaborative Creative Director to join our team at Keller Creative Agency in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role is responsible for leading our creative team, shaping the visual and strategic direction of client work, and ensuring that every project reflects the high standards of creativity and performance our agency is known for. We are seeking an individual who shares our passion for creativity, collaboration, and exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead the creative vision and execution across a variety of client projects, including branding, digital campaigns, websites, video, and marketing materials
- Provide direction, mentorship, and feedback to designers, production staff, and other creative team members
- Collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, and developers to ensure creative solutions align with client goals and marketing strategy
- Develop strong creative concepts and guide them from ideation through final production
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, and brand standards across all deliverables
- Review and approve creative work to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with project objectives
- Present creative concepts and work directly with clients when needed
- Maintain awareness of design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and digital design
- Support the agency in maintaining efficient creative workflows and processes.

- Digital Understanding: Familiarity with web design, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing best practices
- Client Communication: Comfortable presenting creative work and collaborating with clients to refine concepts
