Our client, a prestigious hotel brand, is seeking a dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead the operations of their property. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high standard of service, optimizing guest satisfaction, and driving profitability. As the face of the hotel, you will oversee all aspects of operations, from front desk management to housekeeping, and ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and empower a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction while maximizing revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel and drive bookings.
  • Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and effectively to enhance the guest experience.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain operational standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a general manager role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage budgets effectively.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and property management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

  • Salary Range: 220K - 300K PA
