At Keller Estate, we're a Petaluma-based winery and tasting room looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional experience - from the first sip to the next shipment.About the Role: As our Office Manager, you'll be the operational heart of our business. You'll work closely with ownership and management to keep our administrative functions, shipping logistics, wine club, and customer relationships running at a high level. You'll also be an ambassador for our brand- showing up with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality in the tasting room and at events.What You'll DoKeep our team organized: manage phones, email, calendars, mail, and filing for upper managementOwn shipping logistics to make sure wine gets to our customers accurately and on timeManage inventory tracking, stock coordination, and transfer documentationHandle wholesale invoicing and inventory transfer logisticsDelivering world-class service to customers and resolving issues with careCoordinate quarterly wine club shipments and support member communicationsProduce monthly and quarterly compliance reportsSupport tasting room hospitality and events as neededHelp keep the day-to-day running smoothly by solving problems before they become problemsWhat We're Looking ForRequired qualifications:3 years of office administrative experience1 years in the wine industry — wine club/membership experience strongly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalHighly organized with great attention to detailAbility to lift 50 lbs regularlyThis is a fully in-office positionBonus points for:Experience with wine DTC platform ShopifySocial media savvy — we'd love your help sharing our story onlineTasting room or events experienceWhy Join Us?
