- Compensation: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 base salary Commission on Enhancement Sales

- Portfolio Management: Provide full-scope management for a dedicated, locally clustered portfolio of commercial properties, HOAs, multifamily, or property-management accounts.
- Operations Planning: Partner with the Production Manager to plan and schedule field operations. Ensure plants and materials are available and stay on budget.
- Property Inspections: Walk properties regularly to conduct mandatory inspections. Identify deficiencies, develop solutions, and communicate recommendations to clients.
- Enhancement Sales & Budgeting: Actively identify upselling opportunities. Prepare enhancement proposals, estimate project costs, manage budgets, and track job costing to maximize your commission.
- Client Relations: Manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously. Proactively communicate with clients using your company phone and laptop to build long-term trust.
- Team Development: Help train and develop field service personnel to consistently provide exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
- Work Environment: Maintain high efficiency while working comfortably in both a field and office environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance or account management experience is required. 4 years with a professional landscape management firm is preferred, but we are highly willing to train ambitious individuals.
- Operational Knowledge: Working knowledge of landscape maintenance operations. This includes mowing, detail work, irrigation, seasonal color, enhancements, tree care, and basic plant identification.
- Skills: Strong phone and email communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers, suppliers, and coworkers.
- Software Stack: Experience with Aspire software is a major plus, but a willingness to learn is required.
- Languages: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus.
- Attributes: A positive, engaging interpersonal style and a deep passion for client service.
- Requirements: A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background screening.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
