Position Overview:
The Transaction Manager will serve as the execution lead for acquisitions—driving timelines, diligence, communications, and closing processes. This person ensures each transaction moves smoothly from LOI through post‑close operations, coordinating across internal teams, external vendors, legal counterparts, and capital partners.
The role requires high attention to detail, project management skill, and comfort operating in a fast‑growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Transaction Management
- Lead the end-to-end closing process for acquisitions from LOI through post-close handoff.
- Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, lenders, inspectors, and third-party consultants (appraisal, environmental, survey).
- Maintain diligence checklists, track key deadlines, and ensure all closing deliverables are met on time.
- Manage internal and external deal communications and serve as the key liaison with external stakeholders and the founders.
- Oversee onboarding of new assets into portfolio systems (Dealpath, Yardi, Juniper Square).
Operational Administration
- Handle administrative items related to acquisitions and operations including vendor coordination, invoice processing, and banking setup.
- Support portfolio management by organizing property-level files, leases, insurance, and reporting workflows.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and building scalable operational systems as deal volume grows.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Interface with the founders and shared services (finance, legal, operations) to streamline transaction and operational tasks.
- Communicate key milestones, issues, and status updates to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination, acquisitions, project management, or closing administration.
- Experience coordinating multiple deals in parallel and working directly with legal, title, and lenders.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with evolving processes.
- Experience with real estate technology systems such as Dealpath, Yardi, HubSpot, and Juniper Square is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface with principals and external partners.
- Proactive, detail-driven, and dependable.

Salary:
- Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
- Eligible for bonus
