Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire electrical panels, sub-assemblies, and control cabinets per engineering drawings and schematics.
- Install and align electrical components, ensuring proper fit, function, and quality.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Perform basic to advanced wiring, soldering, and testing of components.
- Collaborate with engineers and senior assemblers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete daily production reporting.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Mid-level candidates (2-5 years) should have proven panel building or electrical assembly experience.
- Senior-level candidates (5 years) should be skilled in troubleshooting, mentoring, and complex electrical builds.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Experience using hand tools, drills, and wiring equipment; soldering experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
