Manufacturing Technician

Join us in Jackson, TN where you’ll be working with the team that produces Pringles and various crackers. Manufacturing Technician pay is $22.39/hr plus shift differential, with the potential to increase your wage at each promotion level up to $38.11/hr. Our great benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401-k, all starting day 1. Vacation and Holiday Pay included.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

• Making Things Happen – In this role, you will be producing high quality finished goods and ensuring efficient and safe machine operation daily.
• Mechanical Skills – You will be inspecting equipment, performing basic adjustments, and preventative maintenance when needed. Additionally, you may also be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.
• You’re Held Accountable – You will generate required production and quality control records while following all company safety rules and good manufacturing practices.
• Connections are Key – As at this location, you will be working in a collaborative high performance team environment to drive efficiencies and create a quality product.
  
  

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and work through root-cause analysis
• Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above waist a maximum of fifty pounds
• Availability to work all shifts on a rotating schedule including weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
• Understanding of basic math to solve problems and manage through on-the-job tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively, and follow instructions, verbal and written
