Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers as needed.
- Supervise construction site activities, including coordinating subcontractors, managing crews, and overseeing daily operations to maintain productivity and .
- Review and interpret fabrication drawings and construction drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
- Monitor construction safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and federal safety standards, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings.
- Perform Field Measuring for Structural Steel and Misc. Metals.
- Oversee quality control processes, ensuring work meets contract specifications, construction standards, and client expectations
Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety requirements.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans.
- Experience supervising teams on large-scale commercial or heavy civil projects; excellent crew management skills.
- Proficiency in managing contracts, change orders, quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
- Effective managerial communication skills for supervising personnel and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
