The Kelcie Wilson-Yeider Agency is looking for a motivated Sales Producer who wants to build a career in insurance and learn from a successful agency owner.
Kelcie is a multiple-time Farmers Toppers Club achiever with an established sales and service team and strong involvement in her local community. This person will work closely with Kelcie and learn not only how to sell insurance, but how to grow and operate a successful agency.
You do not need insurance experience. We are looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, good with people, and hungry for an opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Work agency-provided leads and generate new business through outbound sales
- Quote and sell insurance products
- Cross-sell existing customers and identify additional coverage opportunities
- Build relationships, ask for referrals, and network in the community
- Manage your pipeline, follow up with prospects, and work toward sales goals
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Comfortable talking to people and asking for the sale
- Competitive and motivated by goals
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Someone who wants more responsibility as they grow
- Interest in leadership and/or entrepreneurship
- Willingness to obtain MI Property & Casualty licenses
- Willingness to obtain MI Life & Health licenses
Salary : $40,000 - $65,000
