Insurance Producer: Description-
This position is a sales position for someone who wants to identify new clients, meet with them, and recommend courses of action after discovering their needs. Candidates would offer customers insurance products such as home, auto, life, business, and disability. There are career advancement opportunities for those who consistently exceed expectations. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help expand our client base while providing exceptional service.
Qualifications-
We need folks of good moral stock and high character. Prior insurance experience helps but previous sales experience can be the mark of a qualified candidate; we can assist with or reimburse the costs of licensing and training if selected.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
- Enthusiastic about the role of insurance and financial products.
- People-oriented, including a lot of phone and email communication daily.
- Self-motivated, we cannot teach you to be motivated, you must have the drive to succeed.
- Detail oriented, Organized, Reliable.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group of people.
- Ability to multi-task and hit targets despite setbacks.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers, being bi-lingual is a plus.
- Willingness to try new ways of doing things and learn our office processes.
- Must have (or be able to obtain) Property and Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance Licenses.
Compensation-
The position offers a base salary plus commissions, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, M-F daytime hours, and an upbeat work environment. Combined total compensation $45,000-$70,000 annually based on actual performance and results.
