Essential Functions
• Master and implement all policies, procedures, standards, and training programs to uphold operational excellence.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest receives responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to our recipes and brand standards.
• Drive company objectives in sales, service, and cleanliness through effective employee training and a positive work environment.
• Manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures to maintain accurate financial practices.
• Make informed employment and termination decisions, in line with company guidelines and with necessary approvals.
• Step in as needed to uphold guest service standards and ensure smooth operations.
• Focus on developing your staff through ongoing training and professional development.
• Prepare and maintain all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules, in an organized manner.
• Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is clean and in excellent working condition, following preventative maintenance protocols.
• Oversee the receiving process to ensure accurate product deliveries and compliance with receiving policies.
• Ensure timely completion of employee performance appraisals according to company policies.
• Schedule labor effectively to meet anticipated business activity while controlling labor costs.Enforce personnel policies and administer corrective actions consistently and fairly.
• Stay updated on all regulations related to health, safety, and labor that impact the restaurant and its staff.
• Act as a front-of-house expeditor during busy service periods while providing leadership in the back of the house.
• Collaborate with upper management, providing insights and suggestions to enhance operational success."
