Position: Fulltime, Mon-Fri 7:30am-5pm
Salary: $28-$32 per hour
Job purpose
Responsible for executing fleet utilization strategy across terminals using data provided by the Fleet Analyst.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage fleet utilization across terminals
- Identify and act on underutilized equipment
- Execute equipment transfers and redeployments
- Coordinate asset placement with operations
- Monitor utilization and revenue performance
- Perform root-cause analysis on underperforming assets
- Escalate long-term capital decisions to Fleet Manager
Accountability & Authority
- Owns execution of utilization and deployment
- Uses analyst data (not responsible for system accuracy)
- Can execute equipment moves
- Holds terminals accountable for process compliance

Qualifications
- 5 years fleet/transportation experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong operational and decision-making skills
- Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and agree to company’s drug free workplace policies
- Valid Driver’s License; some local travel may be required

Physical requirements
- Required to stand for periods of time; walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms

- Repetitive tasks with computer-based work
- Some local travel may be required
