TAX RETURN PREPARER (Seasonal) - PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRM
About us: We are a family owned & family oriented public accounting firm located in Southwest Austin, TX. Established for over 50 years, we have a large and well established client base. Our services range from write-up accounting to tax preparation.
About the position: .We are seeking a qualified candidate to become a seasonal tax return preparer for the firm. This is a seasonal position available from mid-February to mid-April. This position is responsible for tax preparation for our various small business and individual clients. Personal skills are important as you will directly work with our clients by email, phone or in person. We use CCH ProSystem Fx for tax preparation.
About you: A Bachelor's degree in accounting or business is is preferred. You should have at least 2 years of experience working with individual tax. Holding a CPA license or being a CPA candidate is desirable but not required. Prior experience in our software systems are a big plus.
